Wine Plan MRC 8/25/2018


OMG help…my thoughts around wine are hilarious. So I feel really confident about no sugar (easy), no flour (not too hard) and I hate mixed drinks, beer, and totally hate sugar drinks…but wine. So I tried to do a model.
Unintentional:
C Wine
T. It’s sophisticated, mark of success, improves the taste of meals (it goes on)
F. Cool
A drink wine
R Don’t allow urges, hand over

But then Intentional thought:
C wine
T I drink too much
F anxious
A drink too much
R headache…
I have derailed somewhere!
