Work/Life balance

My husband and I bought a painting franchise last year and the learning curve has been very steep for me. I work 6 days a week, 8-10 hours a day and I really want to figure out to be more productive spending less time. I feel like I just keep running this loop of feeling overwhelmed, working hard, producing, but always seeming to run out of time to do my own work. I have thought a lot about why, but what it feels like I need is a better system to manage it all and still have time for me and my family. I manage the production and the marketing for residential and commercial painting. We are on track for tripling our revenue from last year – so I am really producing. I feel like you are going to tell me to think differently, which no doubt I need to, but if I have painters calling me at 7 am to get ready for painting and customers and painters calling me through out the day often until 7 or 8 at night. Where do I find time for more important things. I need to be on top of what is happening so I can help resolve any issues and move projects forward. We have a 4.8 google rating so you can tell we just aren’t producing work we are producing good work. I realize I don’t have more to do than other people – I am just missing something because I can’t see how to make it different.
