Work models

Hi, I’d like feedback and coaching on these models. I don’t quite believe my last intentional thought but it’s what I am aiming for.

UM
C: L told me to take off my watch or I’m done
T: I’m not the only one who wears a watch
F: confused
A: think she’s personally attacking me, reflect on why I was wearing one because I asked coworker, conclude she and coworker don’t like me, avoid her the rest of the day,
R: I’m thinking my actions control her model (?)

IM
C: L told me to take off my watch or I’m done
T: no problem, I’ll take it off
F: effortless
A: I go about my workday effortlessly
R: I take back control and reduce the chance I’ll be fired (?)

***

UM
C: L said take off your watch or you’re done
T: she’s going to fire me over something I was told I could do
F: shocked
A: forget what else she said to me, stare blankly in shock,
R: I give her reason to fire me?

IM
C: same
T: if I get fired, I’d get another job
F: empowered
A: take off my watch, let her be her
R: it’s okay either way

***

UM
C: no lasagna soup At 2:10 pm
T: I should have filled that
F: guilty
A: find other things wrong with me
R: I find myself wrong in my job

IM
C: no lasagna soup At 2:10 pm
T: I’ll help fill it before I leave
F: helpful
A: offer to help
R: I attempt to leave my teammate with soup before I leave work

***

UM
C: I forget things
T: seems like it’s just my brain is all mixed up
F: anxiety
A: forget things
R: I make my brain mixed up

IM
C: I forget things
T: sometimes I forget things and maybe it’s okay
F: curious
A: question my thoughts about why forgetting is a bad thing
R: I open my mind to other beliefs

***

C: I forget things
T: there’s something wrong with me
F: shame
A: find more things wrong with me, criticize myself
R: I create the experience that there’s something wrong with me

IM
C: I forget things
T: absolutely everything is right about me
F: loving
A: let me be me, let others be themselves,
R: there’s nothing wrong with me
