Work-related thoughts

I work for a corporation. My brain is constantly finding reasons that where I work is controlling me and what I do. I feel very restrained, but also know that I’ve made the choice to work here. I feel this overwhelming drive to constantly remind everyone I work with how unfair work is and how we should all me more active in brining up our concerns. I find myself constantly worrying about how other people should feel. I realize being a victim of my job. It takes all the power away from me. I’m trying to work on bridging thoughts to start training my brain to stop finding all negatives, but, honestly, I don’t believe them.

Here is a specific example:

Recently, I was told that I would not be able to use MD behind my name if I started a life coaching business outside of where I work because it would be a conflict of interest with my current job as physician at the current corporation I work for.

Do you have any recommendations on how to start shifting my mindset into a more solution driven mindset?

Thank you!
