Hi Brooke, I’m doing the thought download each day. I was wondering if when you want to work on something specific, if you do downloads on that? Do I do a daily download and then a separate download on my thoughts about self love? As I’m doing this work, I’ve realized that I have a lot of self loathing thoughts and people pleasing thoughts. I would like to really start working on that area of my life, but I wasn’t sure if a daily download and a download on my thoughts about self love and people pleasing are seperate? Thank you!!
