I started a new job and went all in. I feel like i overdelivered in every single way i could. But i didn’t reach my goal of achieving the raise after 3 months. Can you speak to value and what your boss thinks? I’m heading right into if you don’t value what i bring to the table I’ll take my value elsewhere. But my other thoughts go towards maybe i really didn’t deliver results? I know that i completely kicked ass but apparently my boss doesn’t agree. How do you measure what success/value is? It
