Workbook – How to Enjoy Being You – Week 1 Day 1 – Exercise

I started to do the workbook, “How To Enjoy Being You” but I am not sure about the last exercise of week 1 – day 1. It says to do a model on your thought that the world should be different and notice the feeling it creates.

I guess I should start with the thought line but then should I write “the world should be different”? Or do I write one of the thoughts that appeared thanks to the previous questions, for example, like “the world is too violent”?

And then, in either case, I have a hard time finding what I could write in the circumstance line. Thank you for your help!
