I have been working on the following model:
C – My manager asks me to execute a task
T – This is way too hard – I’ll never make it without eating
F – Panic
A – Obsess over eating / binge-ing to make the task more “bearable”
R – Resist both the task and the urge
I have a really hard time changing the T line of this model and making an intentional one, as I feel I have always allowed myself to push through hard work by eating while working to “soothe” me (thought). Any ideas? Thank you!
