Working Out


I have competing desires and I’m not sure which one I like better. I am visiting a warm state right now and another warm state in January. So, for 2 months I’m going to be trying to get outside and enjoy the weather. That means lots of walks and tennis.

But at the same time, I fear losing my muscle and not working out as much as I do when I’m in the cold. I also don’t know how to be okay with not working out because when I don’t workout at least 2-3 times a week I feel guilty.

Small workouts if anything with less equipment
