Working Out

How often do you work out and what is your routine – cardio vs. strength training? I am pushing myself to do 10,000 steps a day and strength training on my own. I recently tried a fitness class for seniors (I am 64) and was very sore afterward (which I expected and had a massage and I was OK.) But even on the other days, sometimes I hurt a lot and am really tired. I am wondering if I am being too hard on myself and not listening to my body or if I should just push through. Just curious about your routine and how to tell if I am dong too much….Thanks
