I have been dealing with some hormone imbalances leading to depression and anxiety after I had my daughter almost 2 years ago. With the help of my doctor I have been working on supporting my liver with a zero sugar vegan protein shake packed full of vitamins/liver support supplements and working out 5 days a week. I didn’t want to take any drugs and this has been working really well.
My two questions are
1) I want to start a protocol but I am not sure how. I go to the gym every morning at 4:30/5:00 am and work out for about 50 minutes will that be okay while becoming fat adapted? I paid for the year already and it helps with my mental state.
2) Can I continue to drink the shake (I have been adding water and cherries or blueberries or bananas to mix it up).
