Workout Model

I was having a conversation with someone (a mom) and she shared that she is not working out the way she would like to. I decided to use that as an opportunity to practice the model and asked her questions about it and this is what I gathered from the conversation. Am I on the right track with the intentional model? Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

C – Working out
T – I’m lazy
F – Remorseful
A – I sleep more, I beat myself up over it, I keep myself busy doing other things
R – I don’t work out

C – Working out
T – I am doing this for me
F – Empowered
A – Spend 30 minutes on the weekend formyself, take a walk, watch a yoga video or a workout video
R – I am working out and doing this for me
