Workplace relationships


Hello!  Are there any resources in Scholars where the topic of relationships in the workplace is discussed? Not romantic relationships, but relationships with those above you in the chain of command? Establishing and maintaining good rapport in the workplace is a skill I’d like to learn more about.

If it was a situation where we were on even ground power-wise, then I think it would be less complicated. But if they just don’t like peaches, what’s a peach to do (besides continuing to show up and do their best work)? When there are bonuses and promotions on the line, or even a decision about whether someone gets to stay in their current job, the level of rapport makes a the difference.  Thanks!
