Dear Coach,

I think I accidentally put a wrong email address in a form that required a lot of personal information, from full name, date of birth, and address to social security number. Now I am worried all that information is in someone else’s inbox and what they may do with it. I am spiraling into worry and anxiety over it.

Any advice?
