I had flu couple of weeks back and as person who suffers with anxiety issues my mind started racing with worth case scenarios. This puts me in anxious state and now I keep thinking about what if I get sick again and I will get anxious again. I sometimes feel I can handle the sickness but not the anxiety/ fear which thoughts generate.
Can you help me with the model here
