After doing the amazing questions in the April workbook, I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m pretty happy with the every day activities of my life and am doing mostly what I want to do, which is great.
The activities I want to exclude are worrying, indecision and regret. I made a decision last year to break up with a man and have questioned my decision every since… like every single day. I kind of swing from accepting those feelings and carrying them around like a purse, to wishing they would just disappear (aka fighting against them).
But even without this particular situation, I feel like I’ve always worried and questioned if what I’m doing is right. How do I make small steps away from this?
