If I plan to not eat sugar and I’m successful then I do not have a worthy fail. If I do eat sugar then it’s an escape fail. So what is a worthy fail and how am I supposed to have 8 each month- that’s twice a week! If I’m failing to stay on protocol twice a week I’ll never lose weight. I’m obviously misunderstanding something here. I’ve lost 18 pounds in the last two months so I’m pretty hesitant to mess with what I’m doing by planning fails. I don’t want to fail, I want to succeed! I have 40 more pounds to go.
