so, I have not really considered becoming a coach because it seems so very hard and outside my capability…
I am a female scientist in a 99% male environment (an environment that is aggressive, competitive and judgmental, hard etc). I was invited to consider giving a presentation on my Journey as a successful scientist to a women’s network in my company. And so I thought of SCS and the model- not letting other people determine what you can dream – nor how you feel about yourself/confidence . That I would incorporate SCS thinking into the presentation.

And it then occurred to me…holy moly…if I wanted to create a coaching market niche, building self confidence – women in science could be a GREAT one! And what a way to hone my SCS-ing around this topic- to begin studying it as if I need to model it AND need to teach it
