Wow moment


Hi there, i just began with scs and i jsut noticed that what made my feelings/thoughts so bad and increased my suffering is because i thought all my negative thoughts/beliefs had a reason/purpose. Example: when i didn’t find my boyfriend attractive right away or had a bad thought about him. I thought that my feeling had a reason/purpose. But now when i have a bad thought i just think to myself: its just a thought. There is absolute no reason/purpose you have this thought. Its just my brain being efficient. Right?? 😀 it helps me a lot. Before that i thought: something is wrong because i have THESE THOUGHTS. But now i know there are just results of my super genious brain and i just have to porgramm right again and with your help my brain will have better thoughts.
