Write Up at Work

Hi All!
I am anticipating that I am going to get a my first write-up at a job I’ve been at for 3 years.

C- Boss told me to send an email
T- I don’t think that email is correct/ true/ has potential to hurt me.
F- scared
A- Didn’t send email
R- Trouble from client a month later that could’ve been resolved if I sent the email.

I am making this mean that I am not a good employee and deserve to be fired. I think that I don’t bring value to my company in general so this all proves my theory true.
