Writing goal(s) daily


Hi Brooke and Team!

I have two quick questions:

1. I plan to write down my big goals daily (as described in the recent podcast, Believing Hard). Do you advise writing my main, #1, biggest goal OR… writing them all down? Which in my case would be 3-4 big goals I have.

2. I think I heard somewhere that you suggest getting rid of (burning/trashing/shredding…whatever) old journals and documents that record our past thoughts. I have some that were instrumental in me coping during a difficult period of life but contain thoughts I don’t want to think anymore. Should I trash them? They really don’t serve me anymore and may keep me mired in past negativity and blame . Guess what, I just answered my own question. I’m burning them. : )
