Writing it down (for other to see?)


I have recently realized that one of the reasons I’m not going all in with daily thought downloads is I am aware that I am leaving a legacy of my most private thoughts regarding myself, my family members and other close associates if I get sick and or die. How are people managing their private outpouring? Essentially it is a diary. Any suggestions on how to keep it private or how to think about it? Thank you in advance!!
