I’m a VIP in scholars and have definitely made progress in this program. I am much more aware of my thinking and how its driving my actions and have seen a ton of positive results in my relationships. I joined to lose weight and quit drinking, and it is this area that I’m having trouble. Honestly, I weigh more than I weighed when I started. I try and stick to the program but my urges take over. I’ll have good days where I allow my urges, pay attention to my thinking, etc and then the next day I fail. I chose this as my impossible goal for 2018 because I’ve been working on it since April (when I joined). At the time I had 15lbs to lose, now I have 25lbs to lose and I seem to be drinking more than when I started. Does this happen for some? They go in the wrong direction?
