I love the idea of loving people and that X is here for me to love

I Would like a thought about people we are dating and/or exes who reject us/leave us

In this case, are they no longer here for us to love? Or, Can I still say- I am most happy loving, so I will continue loving you, because people are here for me to love? You cannot stop me from always loving you, and I am looking for someone to love in a healthy loving way specifically in my day to day life, and I am cool with you doing something else

And how about guys who manipulate/play games/married men wanting affairs
Can I still say, I love you as I love all people, and I am setting a boundary to only enter healthy relationships, so, no thank you
