Brooke said this today on the live coaching call to a Scholar who has jealousy issues. I’m sure I’m not the only one who really needed to hear this. Like the Scholar she coached, I sometimes have a default model that believes I need to fulfill my potential first – THEN I’ll feel “complete”. I know the model works because I’m doing the work and my results bear that out. But that default model that says I “will feel worthy when…” is still tumbling around in my current thought software. It was really helpful to get this reminder. As Brooke likes to say: “So good.”
