YOUR mind


Hi Brooke! I am curious to see if YOU have some sort of mantra or affirmation that is in your head? Maybe you don’t anymore, but used to? I find that it helps if I repeat certain things to myself (when I remember/ conscious). What helps sometimes is “Be a grown up! Be a grown up! Be a grown up!” That seems to bring out the emotional adult up instead of the emotional child. How about you? Would be fun to be in your brain sometimes. 🙂
