I’m on day 3 of protocol and 16-hour fasting.
2 out of 3 days, I’ve almost cried during my fasting period because I just feel my emotions so much harder when I’m not eating!!
You’re right, doing this work is totally bringing up my feelings around everything else.
It’s kind of cool to really feel what I’m going through without filling myself up with food. My new belief is “losing weight can be fun” and I’m actually enjoying getting to know myself and doing this work!
