Yoyo weight


Please can you say more about yoyo weight loss/gain —

I feel as if I’m missing something about the brain and how desires for excessive food intake are extinguished FOR GOOD by allowing urges?

If my weight has yoyo’d up/down does this mean my brain never really learned the new behavior for less food?

I feel as if I have a subversive, hidden thought about my normal weight that allows me to reach normal weight and then drags me back to excess weight, time and again. Thanks.
