Anything else you suggest when the momentum is just not there?

You mention how imperative it is to have a reason identified for wanting to change your drinking that is compelling enough to help you follow through, so that you have that answer at the ready when an urge happens.  I haven’t been able to come up with anything even close to convincing enough to alter my behavior in the moment (or even convincing enough to make me consistently follow through on making drink plans).  I haven’t managed to accumulate many allowed urges at all.  For now I’m just continuing to watch the videos, and I’m reading the 30-Day Sobriety Solution, so I’m hoping if I keep filling my brain with different ideas the idea of changing will become more appealing and acquire more of a sense of urgency than what I’ve got right now.  Anything else you suggest when the momentum is just not there?
