Started three days ago. Tried to “feel” the urges and logged them. Today I rebelled against it. I actually planned my drink for two 6 oz drinks. Ended up with 4.5 6 oz drinks It wasn’t 24 hrs but I still wrote it down. So what do I do next? I am thinking I write it down and move on!
