Do I start over?

I have been working the plan for a few weeks and was away with friends over the last few days. I did not work the plan during this time. I had been filling out the sheets when I drank more then planned or drank when not planned but did not do this over the last few days. I also did not allow any urges. My question is, I have a number of allowed urges checked off, should I start that process over or continue on with the pages I have. Also, after we reach 100 urges do we stop recording them?
