Hi Brooke! I am on day 3 of no sugar – I have had my share of cravings but today I am losing interest in all food, and I am feeling quite ‘meh’ about everything. Is this sadness what was always there under the surface? Or is it possible that my brain is messing with me trying to get me to think life without sugar is worse than it really is so I’ll start eating it again? Thanks:) (Just have to say that in the cravings scheme of things it’s got nothing on when I quit drugs, sometimes I think – Is that all you got sugar?? lol)
