I am brand new to your program. I sometimes think i have a bad habit. A routine. A very boring routine that I want to change. It is a part of my daily life and I am sick of it. Bored. Any suggestions in discerning the difference between habit and urges. I am glad I have found this opportunity to make positive changes in my life and look forward to this walk. I am tired. FYI: I am 54, happily married for 25 years, 2 beautiful daughters; one a new teacher and one a jr. in college. Lots of life changes of late. Many thanks to you.
