Can I use the drink plan at the same time I am going for the 100 resisted urges?


Can I use the drink plan at the same time I am going for the 100 resisted urges? Or is it best to have 100 resisted urges first, before using the drink plan? My goal is to get to the point where I can stop at 1-2 drinks, so I think maybe the point is to de-condition the response first, and then move to planning? Thanks!
