I’m wondering how my body would handle an eventual new personal protocol of 3 glasses of wine per week


I’ve learned that dopamine receptors are reduced with alcohol and need time to increase when alcohol is stopped. So if after my 40 days without wine, dopamine has been increasing again (hence, am feeling calmer and having fewer crazy cravings for wine), I’m wondering how my body would handle an eventual new personal protocol of 3 glasses of wine per week (i.e. probably one glass per day of the weekend)?  Wouldn’t that just destroy the dopamine gains I’ve made?
