Should I drink tonight?

 So I’ve watched two of the videos so far and find them helpful. However I do have a question. I got the urge to drink last night but I thought about why I had the urge…boredom…I told myself don’t need it and I can have a few drinks in 24 hours. This morning I woke up early, felt great, took the dogs for a walk and my head didn’t feel grogy, it was awesome! So now I’m telling myself, “You don’t want to drink tonight Lisa and feel like crap in the morning!” But I can gurantee you about 4:00 today I’ll get that urge again. I don’t know what to do?
