What do you suggest without being too obvious that you’re limiting your alcohol consumption.


I heard on one of your calls that you drink gingerale in a cocktail glass or in a wine glass.  There’s not much left in the way of liquids if you don’t drink alcohol, or sodas, or fruit juices.  What do you suggest without being too obvious that you’re limiting your alcohol consumption.  We drink Pelligrino bottled water but the carbonated waters make me bloated.  (I’m now in the 70 Club and have developed a stomach in the past 2 years that I never had before.  Cutting way back on foods with sugar and flour, but the alcohol has increased.  Still a lot of stress going on in our family.  And a lot of arthritic pain as well and wine seems to help although temporarily.
