Hi Brooke, I just started this program a few days ago. Thank you! I have followed your recommendation from another person’s question to tackle both overeating and overdrinking at once.

From my estimation, the same basic rules apply to both. Is it as simple as that? I am committed to cutting out flour and sugar. In addition to that, it seems that I can use the worksheets from Stop Overdrinking to address both overeating and overdrinking. I want to keep my approach as simple as possible so that I don’t lose focus and get distracted. Is there anything else you recommend in order to address both of these goals in tandem with as much clarity as possible? Anything else from the Podcasts that I should consider before I make my plan and fully commit? Thanks so much for the work that you do. I sincerely appreciate it all.
