I’ve been told I don’t belong to the firm I’ve spent five years working at since I did not deliver the results they expected and they don’t think it will change. They’ve told me I should start looking elsewhere.

Despite trying to think positive and remain optimistic, I can’t help thinking I’ve failed at this prestigious firm, I did not make it, and I never will.

I struggle to keep the belief I will build a successful practice given those circumstances and rejection.
