I currently coach clinicians within their careers with this statement:
I help clinicians land their next role with confidence and less stress.
I don’t love it and although I am having success, I don’t think it’s landing. I have a few ideas and would love your take on them!
For context: My passion is to help clinicians manage their minds so that they can create anything they want in their life. My current business is all about career coaching and landing a new job. They come to me for application support and they get mindset coaching, and it changes their lives and their applications look awesome!
Here are my options:
I help nurses utilise their skills to build a career away from the bedside.
I help nurses learn how to self coach to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
I help nurses build their careers on their terms.
I help nurses get unstuck and utilise their skillset, doing work they love.
I help nurses make more money doing the work they love.
I help nurses get unstuck in their personal and professional lives.
As you can tell I have a lot of ideas and not a lot of clarity.
