I am in LCS coach certification and I am a clinician.

I went full-time in my business in Jan 2022 and since then have made more than $110K in revenue within my programs.

I have three main programs: my graduate career launch program at a lower ticket of $999, my Resume/Application/Interview coaching package at $1500, and my high ticket $3k program.

Here’s my drama: I see a massive need for a monthly coaching membership for nurses and clinicians along the lines of scholars, whereby nurses predominantly get access to group Q & A calls, a 1:1 coaching call each month, a community, some masterclasses, and short courses to build their personal and professional skillset/resilience/mindset.

I feel there is an immense opportunity in my business currently to add this, but I am feeling overwhelmed and a bit lost with it all.

My model goes like this:
C- Idea for a monthly membership
T- Is it worth my time and resources?
F- Overwhelmed
A- Stall. Count the numbers. Do the math. Don’t do research. Look for comparisons. Take no action. Procrastinate. Believe it won’t work.
R- I don’t even let myself see if it’s possible

I want to run it at $99 AUD per month and build from there.

I just don’t know what to do. My business coach is not a fan of low ticket offers, but Brooke says if people want it to deliver it. I think people will want this.
