How to manage my mind when it’s overwhelmed and in fear mode?


I am certified coach, living in France, specialised in female entrepreneurship. Most of the interventions, events I have planned for the weeks to come are cancelled. I know it’s time to go online, but what should I begin with? My mind is freaking out, leaving no space for thoughtful ideas.
I am staying home right now with my two kids and husband, trying to use the Monday hour One organisation. I feel I need time to plan and focus, but I am also in hurry for the money ! I am in a place of scarcity…I spending my days, having great ideas, and then going in a place of sabotage…What should I begin with?
