Live calls

I recently changed the format of my live calls in a group I run. They used to be held in Zoom meetings where everyone could see each other. Now, they are webinar-style. I like my reasons for doing that, but members said they didn’t like it.

Now, when members come to the call and leave early, I think that it’s because they don’t like the new format and that they leave because I am not running a good/valuable/interesting meeting. At the end of the call, I was questioning myself, even though the people who stayed to the end said how helpful it was.

C – Member leaves a group meeting halfway in.
T – Member doesn’t like the new format.
F – Rejected
A – I find words hard to pronounce, say “hmm” and “er” a lot, question if I am doing it right
R – I am letting emotions affect my performance.
