Money beliefs keeping me paralyzed from taking action

I have just finished my LCS certification and now I am wanting to start my own business. I know that I have a lot to offer and can help people but my deep held money beliefs keep me from moving forward.

I am ok with a job because they just tell you what you are getting, I have never negotiated for more. When it comes to setting an offer I don’t feel like I deserve to ask what I believe my value is. My offer is $5000 for 12 months, which I believe is reasonable because I myself pay for coaching. I keep tying my personal value to my offer. I know that the value of my offer is determined by the clients’ thoughts and feelings for the result they believe they will get.

I have always had a problem with spending money on myself. I feel guilty if I need new shoes because mine are worn out.

Some money beliefs from my family history:
– there is never enough
– don’t owe people money
– be responsible with your money
– we can’t afford that
– you have to work hard to get money
