I have just finished my certification and I am working on getting my coaching practice started. I initially thought I wanted to do coaching with healthcare workers, specifically nurse leaders who are burned out. I now feel I want to broaden my niche and not necessarily do healthcare coaching. I have decided to call my business, Because Life…Coaching.

This is a very broad name and I’m concerned I don’t have a specific niche. Brooke often says this is absolutely necessary, but I’m not sure I want to be so streamlined. How do I determine a niche if I choose to not stay with a broad focus?
