Offering refunds on a coaching package

Hello, are there any GENERAL rules (or what you learned from your experience) if a coach should offer refunds? My packages are $1500-2,000 and I offer refunds on unused sessions. I don’t want someone to be pressured to work with me, on the other hand something about it doesn’t feel ok. Like we are not all in…. ?
I’m guessing it’s a confidence issue.
