For operations I have to do in my business, I know some cases where calling would be more efficient than emailing. Yet I freeze and postpone / don’t act when it is time to do it. I’ve heard you say to do things even when you feel scared, yet I don’t manage. It feels like somebody that should take the plunge and has vertigo and runs away.
