PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE AND DRESS CODE AND BEHAVIOR


We are a small company of 25 and have implemented a corporate dress code of business casual. I don’t want to be stuffy but I do feel a professional, polished look adds to the team and the vibe. We are also having some issues with professional behavior and demeanor which seems almost elementary to me. How do you cover this and set the proper protocol without sounding condescending but cover your bases?
