I have run my business for seven years and in the first two years made very little money but was motivated to keep going.  Then I made a profit three years in a row reaching the most I’ve ever earned at £46,000.  In the past two years it’s all plummeted back to where I was before and I feel so disheartened.  I am finding it very hard to feel hopeful or muster up the energy to go again.

It all feels like an uphill struggle and my thoughts just keep focusing on all the ways my business has failed and a sense of not knowing what to do to make the difference that I would like to see financially in my business. I feel embarrassed that I haven’t maintained a profit and kept my business growing.
