Using Social Media and Brooke’s Approach


I’ve heard Brooke say that she doesn’t consume social media, but only uses it as a marketing channel for her business. Can you elaborate on this? I am stuck in a belief that “I’ll have to post constantly on Instagram or Facebook” (or whatever) for people to know who I am as a coach. PS. I am currently working full time….the only social channel I use is LinkedIn, for work.
